2. General information on data processing

We generally process the personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

3. Provision of the website and creation of log files

Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer:

  • Information about the browser type and version used
  • The user's operating system
  • The user's internet service provider
  • The user's IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Websites from which the user's system reaches our website

The data are stored in the log files of our system. These data are not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Log files are deleted after 7 days.

4. Fonts

This website uses the typefaces Fraunces and DM Sans. The fonts are hosted locally on our own server and are not loaded from external servers. No data is therefore transmitted to third parties in connection with the use of fonts.

5. Contact form

A contact form is available on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If a user uses this option, the data entered in the input form is transmitted to us and saved:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Subject of the enquiry
  • Message text

The data are used exclusively for processing the enquiry and are deleted after 90 days at the latest. No data is passed on to third parties in connection with the processing of contact requests. The legal basis for processing the data, if the user has given consent, is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

6. No analytics tools / cookies

This website uses no tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and sets no cookies other than technically necessary session cookies. No personal data is therefore transmitted to third parties for analysis purposes.

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

8. Currency and amendment of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in October 2026. It may become necessary to amend this privacy policy as a result of further development of our website or changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
